2nd Annual Website Grant Program

We’re helping one Arizona nonprofit increase donations, recruit volunteers and amplify its impact through a professionally designed website, donated by Sinova Solutions and valued at $6,000.

Note: This program is designed for small and mid-sized Arizona nonprofits. Large organizations such as hospitals, universities, or national affiliates with revenues above $3 Million are not eligible.

Project kicks off Sept 9th and wraps up within 4–6 weeks once all info is submitted.

WHO CAN APPLY

This program is designed to support small and mid-sized nonprofits that often don’t have the budget for professional website design.

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Any registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the state of Arizona.

  • Must have a clear mission that benefits underserved or vulnerable communities.

  • Must be ready to provide branding guidelines and content (text, videos & images you have rights to use) during the build process.

Phoenix Allies for Community Health (PACH) can’t express enough what a difference it has made for our organization to have our new beautiful website.  We had wanted a new website for so long, but could not justify the cost when our patients needed so many services. When I saw Sinova Solutions offering a grant for a website, at first I thought it was too good to be true. But, I took a chance and applied and was so glad I did. Tom is an incredible human, with such a grace and big heart, that I felt that PACH won the lottery getting his help, support and a new website on top of it all. I really did cry when we won because, as we all know, having a good working website is so critical for a non-profit, and also for our volunteers and patients (Tom made sure we had all the bells and whistles). I even learned how to update it and felt so supported by additional referrals and resources I was given. The entire process was too good to be true. Thank you Sinova Solutions and Tom Bukacek for making this opportunity a reality for us and so many others.

SELECTION PROCESS

We want this opportunity to go where it can make the biggest difference.  All applications will be reviewed by both our team and independent nonprofit advisors to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.

Here’s how we’ll choose the recipient:

Independent Review

Each application is reviewed in detail using our published criteria.

Scoring & Shortlist

Scores are averaged to identify 2–3 finalists that are the best fit.

Final Conversation

Finalists join a short call to share goals and confirm alignment.

Recipient Announced

The chosen nonprofit is announced August 10th, and the build begins.

Applications are evaluated based on mission alignment, potential impact, urgency of need, readiness to proceed, and diversity of causes served.

Our pro bono client will receive a custom website build (or rebuild) that includes:

  • Up to 6 custom-built pages (mobile-friendly, modern design)

  • Basic SEO setup so supporters can find you online

  • Merchant account integration for secure donations

  • ADA Accessibility features

  • Standard website security / Antispam

  • Submission to Google Search Console

  • Full admin access + light training so your team can update it anytime

FAQ

This program is designed for small and mid-sized Arizona nonprofits. Large organizations such as hospitals, universities, or national affiliates with revenues above $3M are not eligible.

Up to 6 custom pages, basic SEO, donation integration, security, and accessibility features.

You’ll own and control all of your digital assets: Hosting, domain registration, and any premium plugins.  Also, blogging, content creations and future website updates are excluded.

Most builds finish in 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide content and approvals. 

Yes — it will work seamlessly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Yes — you’ll get full admin access plus a short training.

Ongoing maintenance isn’t included, but we offer nonprofit-friendly support plans.

We review applications based on mission alignment, impact potential, urgency of need, and readiness. Finalists may be invited to a short call.
