We want this opportunity to go where it can make the biggest difference.  All applications will be reviewed by both our team and independent nonprofit advisors to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.

Applications are evaluated based on mission alignment, potential impact, urgency of need, readiness to proceed, and diversity of causes served.

What’s Included

Our pro bono client will receive a custom website build (or rebuild) that includes:

  • Up to 6 custom-built pages (mobile-friendly, modern design)

  • Basic SEO setup so supporters can find you online

  • Merchant account integration for secure donations

  • Custom built-in accessibility features (donated from Equal Agency)

  • Standard website security / Antispam

  • Submission to Google Search Console

  • Full admin access + light training so your team can update it anytime

FAQ

This program is designed for small and mid-sized Arizona nonprofits. Large organizations such as hospitals, universities, or national affiliates with revenues above $3M are not eligible.

Up to 6 custom pages, basic SEO, donation integration, security, and accessibility features.

You’ll own and control all of your digital assets: Hosting, domain registration, and any premium plugins.  Also, blogging, content creations and future website updates are excluded.

Most builds finish in 4–6 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide content and approvals. 

Yes — it will work seamlessly on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Yes — you’ll get full admin access plus a short training.

Ongoing maintenance isn’t included, but we offer nonprofit-friendly support plans.

We review applications based on mission alignment, impact potential, urgency of need, and readiness. Finalists may be invited to a short call.
