Tom Bukacek is the founder and CEO of Sinova Solutions, a digital marketing agency he launched in 2011 to help businesses and nonprofits grow through smarter advertising. What started in Austin has since grown into a Phoenix-based firm trusted by organizations nationwide.
Since focusing on Pay Per Click ads in 2013, Tom has managed over $25M in Google and META ad spend, turning digital clicks into real-world clients for businesses and nonprofits.
His passion? Taking the stress out of digital marketing so leaders can focus on growing their business or advancing their mission.
Along the way, Tom co-authored Dan Kennedy’s bestselling book Marketing Miracles, contributing a chapter on Facebook advertising that earned him a Quilly Award and a spot on America’s Premier Experts list. His expertise has also been featured in Inc. Magazine, business.com, and the Money For Lunch radio show.
More than just work, Tom also enjoys living an active lifestyle, with hobbies that include hiking, biking, running, and more ways to torture oneself in the name of good health. His favorite non-fiction book is Atomic Habits and his favorite author is Michael Connely.
But the real highlight? Watching clients grow. From contractors booking more jobs, to real estate clubs selling out events, to vocational schools expanding campuses — and nonprofits raising the funds they need to change lives.
In 2024, Tom made a personal commitment to deepen his community impact, donating more than $10,000 and 100+ volunteer hours to local nonprofits including St. Vincent de Paul, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Social Spin Foundation, and the Homeless ID Project (where he now serves as a Board Member).
In 2025, he launched a pro bono website giveaway for Arizona nonprofits as another way to give back.
Since relocating Sinova Solutions to Phoenix in 2017, Tom Bukacek has expanded his agency’s mission to include affordable websites and fundraising support for nonprofits — aligning digital expertise with causes that create lasting community change. Tom also holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BSBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
