In Facebook, absolutely. On Google AdWords, it depends on whether or not the platform allows it. When applicable, we will create the audiences inside each platform and design the graphics for it.
On AdWords, many physicians are unable to run remarketing campaigns due to Google’s privacy policies.
There’s considerable research & analysis, time, and set up (many times including copywriting, graphics, & video editing) involved in setting up a PPC campaign. There are also many technical details, such as pixel tracking implementation, CRM integration, and more to make a PPC campaign work. At the minimum, it’s a good idea to have a PPC Agency set up (or Onboard) a campaign on your behalf. Depending then on the scalability and ROI potential, you can then determine whether or not to manage the campaign on a monthly basis.
